Where does the Barkfetch ship?

Barkfetch ships to the United States, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Hongkong and South Korea.

Tell me about the shipping Fee.

We offer two shipping fees. In our commitment to fairness regarding shipping fees, we calculate costs based on the weight of the items and the shipping distance. Additionally, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs vary based on distance and weight
  • Free Shipping on Orders $100+: Free


Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. We will try our best to ship your item out ASAP. 

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Products typically ship within 1 - 2 business days from our warehouses and typically arrive within 6 - 10 days ( via EMS, USPS or Hanjin Global Express) after leaving the warehouse. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.

For "Made to Order" items, the timeline is specified within the product listings.

Please allow for additional time during holidays and for made to order items. If an item is made to order, it will be specified on the product page. 

Due to logistics, parts of your order may ship separately. You will be updated as each part of your order goes out for delivery if your items are coming from different warehouses. 

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via contact@barkfetch.co. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@barkfetch.co.
